Fifth home visit is to Gilberto Cabrera Chavez, a charismatic man sitting in front of his home in yet another part of La Union. Back in the nineties he went to the US in search of construction work, but caught TB somewhere during the journey from Mexico into the US. Coughed blood. That was the first time.
