HIV; Outpatient ClinicLady in yellow-striped shirt is Phang Paiouk, 49 years old. She comes here twice a month and has been on treatment since 2010. She is a widow and has one foster child. She found the kid on the street abounded by its parents, and took him/her in. The child is 14 years old now (not in photos). Paiouk washes clothes for a living. She currently has some muscle problems in her legs, but otherwise healthy.Though initially she suffered from stigma, people turned around after they learned more about the disease through various community-based health activities aimed at raising awareness.ART clinic of Samdech Euv hospital in Phnom Penh.
