Saw Tun Aung, a migrant worker from Myanmar who works as a cleaner in a fish processing factory stands for a portrait next to the room he lives in, in a community visited by a program supported by the Global Fund in Samut Prakan, Thailand on November 21st, 2018. He is an informal community leader among the migrant workers from Myanmar. He often rallies groups to receive info sessions on HIV and TB from Raks Thai, an implementing partner of the Global Fund. He says the community doesn't have many health concerns; most have some form of health insurance (but some do not). They can devise informal means of supporting one another if someone needs funds to travel back home or pay health expenses.
