A representative of the NGO Espoirs pour Enfants welcomes a visiting delegation including Peter Sands, Executive Director of the Global Fund and Stephanie Seydoux, French Ambassador for Global Health in Toumodi, Ivory Coast on December 18, 2018. The NGO supports women living with HIV. It provides information on testing and treatment. It is a safe place for women living with HIV to meet and support each other morally and economically.
