At a clinic near Sirongo beach in Kenya, Eunice Adhiambo, who lives with HIV, has her child examined by a doctor.
HIV prevalence in the region is disproportionately high because of a practice called "jaboya", or sex for fish, whereby female fish traders engage in sexual relationships with fishermen to secure their supply of fish.
Eunice is also a member of an HIV-support group who, with support from local community health worker, work together to become financially independent from the fishermen.
