PHOTO FROM THE FIELD (18 FEBRUARY 2016) - Haijar, 2 years old, is a Syrian refugee, currently living in the Zaatari refugee camp in Jordan. She contracted TB when she was just one, but today she is happy and healthy. Syrian refugees in Jordan receive prevention education, diagnosis and treatment for TB through a special initiative that is financed by the Global Fund.
