A SWAZI MOTHERS-TO-MOTHERS VOLUNTEER'S STORY PHOTO OF THE WEEK (12 DECEMBER 2013) - In Lobamba, Swaziland, Thandi Ninisi and her baby undergo a check-up. Thandi is HIV positive, and received preventative treatment during her pregnancy to block transmission to her baby. So far, her baby, Buhlehenkosi, is HIV-free. Thandi has become a Mothers-to-Mothers volunteer, in order to share lessons from her own experience with other expectant mothers who are HIV-positive. The babys name means beauty of the lord in Siswati.
