? Requires specialized skill and can only happen at a certain period of the year when

Nnena Rantle (on transportation), 31, knows he is HIV+ since Jan 2005. he’s on
treatment. Missed doctor’s appointment and treatment for… because he didn’t have
enough money to go to the doctor (50 rands to go both ways)

Practioner's Council in Lesotho. He has a contract from the government to train other
traditional healers on the symptoms of Tuberculosis
