The nearly 200 Mongolian Anti-Tuberculosis Association home-visit volunteers work in the eight high tuberculosis burden provinces and the capital city in Mongolia. In addition to delivering and tracking medicines, they complete early screening questionnaires with those who come into contact with patients, including family members and neighbors. They also transport sputum samples to testing sites.
