Children in a household where community health workers are administering prophylactic anti-malaria drugs to children under five years of age on the first day of the second cycle of a nationwide Seasonal Chemo Prophylactic (CPS) campaign to reduce the prevalence of malaria in children. Burkina Faso is one of the ten countries the most affected by malaria in the world. Malaria is the country's deadliest disease. The CPS campaign is supported by The Global Fund among other partners.
