Community health volunteers receive a refresher training course at the Koubri Centre de Santé et de Promotion Social (CSPS) the day before the second cycle of a nationwide Seasonal Chemo Prophylactic (CPS) campaign to reduce the prevalence of malaria in children under five. Burkina Faso is one of the ten countries the most affected by malaria in the world. Malaria is the country's deadliest disease. The CPS campaign is supported by The Global Fund among other partners.
